Elder LaMale Williams, II is a devoted servant-leader, preacher, and ministry developer, with over two decades of faithful service to the Lord and to the Church.

 

A proud native of Johnston County, Elder Williams currently serves at Mount Moriah Community Church in Wilson, North Carolina, under the leadership of Bishop Sherman Blandon. There, he remains actively engaged in the sacred work of preaching, ministerial training, and helping believers grow in practical ministry effectiveness.

 

Elder Williams is a 2015 graduate of Johnston County Early College Academy. He matriculated at East Carolina University, to obtain his Master of Arts, double majoring in Psychology and Applied Sociology. 

 

In 2025, he earned his Master of Arts in Christian Education from Zoe Fellowship Bible College, further strengthening his theological foundation and his commitment to teaching and ministry leadership.

 

Elder Williams is currently pursuing his doctorate and is on the road to successfully defending his dissertation entitled, “The Doctrine of Dancing Dummies: Exploring Anti-Intellectualism in Spirit-Filled Spaces.” He sternly holds that we ought to know what we’re shouting about!

 

A Fourth Generation Gospel preacher, Elder Williams ministers with a deep sense of calling, identity, and divine assignment. Having entered ministry at the tender age of six years old, he has spent his life growing in the grace of God and serving the people of God.

 

He is recognized for delivering impactful, Spirit-filled messages that challenge, convict, encourage, and strengthen believers in their walk with the Lord. Among his most notable sermons are “Put That Dog to Sleep!”, “I’m Surrounded but I Won’t Surrender!”, “COME OUT! COME OUT! Wherever You Are!”, and “When God Says No!”

 

But above all, Elder Williams knows that his first ministry begins at home. He is the loving husband of Minister TaShina Williams and the proud father of Moriah and Zion. He seeks to model Christ-centered leadership not only publicly in ministry, but privately in his home, his character, and his daily walk with God.

 

So with legacy behind him, purpose within him, and assignment before him, Elder Williams continues to labor in the work of the Lord- Building, Planting, Strengthening lives, And proclaiming the power of God’s Word!
